Project essence

The building material - Warmly Izoljatsionnyj the Stone (in laboratory is received and on industrial range) This stone is - foam concrete with new properties.

The basic distinctive properties - low density, high durability (300 % from the western analogues).

On technical and economic indicators the given material can successfully compete:

o  About heat isolation by materials - foam glass, mineral heavy cotton wool, polyfoam, polyurethane foam

o  With cellular concrete an autoclave (in certain cases)

The stone warmly isolation possesses also following properties:

o  High thermal efficiency

o  Does not burn

o  Does not settle, it is not blown

o  Low water absorption, high pass of steam, low air permeability

o  Durability, comparable with solidity of buildings

o  Ecological compatibility

o  Compatibility with all kinds of waterproofing materials

o  Plasticity (connectivity)

o  The low cost price

 

Way of application: it is similar to application of a thermal protection from foam glass.

 

Study level for August, 2011:

Raw materials: cement, the foamy agent, the water, special additives, sand (not necessarily)

 

Possible applications: warming of any objects civil and housing construction, military facilities, objects of the nuclear industry, a material for protecting designs (for walls).

 

Advantages of application: the Warm Stone is cheaper then foamglass (3-6 times), the Warm Stone is more durable some mineral cotton wool.
